After a lot of debate, Kenley just seems....right. I admit, i thought it would be funny to name a Kenner Blythe 'Kenneth' but Kenley seems a bit more fitting. :]

She needs lips and blush but she's coming along nicely, if I do say so myself. Her hair is in far better shape than I expected. Yay!

Once I put a doll in an outfit, sometimes I got overboard with taking photos in that outfit until I think it really needs changed.

This is one of those times. She's rockin' it, so why change it up, y'know?

Also, I adore Kenner pinks. I just like pink too much, I think.

Marion and I scored at Target tonight. We got this fantastic and brand new Missoni throw for $10.06! It originally retailed for $39.99 and was an online exclusive, so we were excited to find it, especially so cheap.

I admit, I have a terrible tendency to forget this blog exists.

However, I think I can improve that a smidge. This year I'm taking the AKAD challenge What's AKAD mean, you ask? A Kenner A Day for the whole year. I've never done one of these before and failed last weeks 52 Week [yes, one photo a week] challenge. However, that was then, this is now. A lot has changed but the love for my dolls is definitely still there. :]

So I think from now on I'll try to share my daily photo on here, if not everyday, at least once a week. It's time to kick this blog into action!

I admit, today's photo is a bit boring. I tend to procrastinate and I've got some homework to do this evening, so Florence, my wispy bang redhead Kenner, is helping me out. ;]

Long time, no update....

Well, after finding out that I need sinus surgery and being a bit overwhelmed by life, I've totally neglected this blog...again! Goodness!

On the brightside, the quarter is almost over and I've survived. I hope to do more sewing [I was working on a Middie dress pattern for a while] and photos during holiday break. Unfortunately, I'll also be having surgery at the end of this month...so we'll see how well that all works out.

In other news, there's another Ohio Blythe Meet in Beavercreek, Ohio this Saturday. I'm rather excited! Maybe I'll get a few photos posted before I leave for a trip the following Monday.

On a related note, I've been on rather the LPS Petite kick lately. They're small and easy to find, most of the time. Needless to say, a proper family photo of all my LPS ones needs done soon.

However...here are a few recent photos until then!

Happy Labor Day!

I apologize for the lack of updates. I'm starting at a new, bigger university this week and trying to get everything in place has been time consuming. Transfer paperwork can be a bit of a pain.

However! I promise more updates on a more regular basis.

Anywho, Aurora and I wopuld like to wish everyone a Happy Labor Day!

7/30/11 Blythe Meet!

I love Blythe meets! I love the chance to make new friends with the same hobby and I love to see other dolls in person. So, I was pretty excited about organizing a Blythe Meet this past month.

We had a great time at Buca di Beppo's in Worthington, Ohio and the waitress we had was so patient. It was fantastic!

A huge thanks to everyone for coming! I had a wonderful time and can't wait for out next Blythe Meet.
